Born from real-world experience, built for real-world impact
Witanalytica was founded in 2019 by Cristian Ionescu and Anastasia Staniloiu, a husband-and-wife team with a shared conviction: every business, regardless of size, deserves access to data analytics that drives real strategic outcomes.
After years in companies like Honeywell, Ericsson, and Microsoft, we kept seeing the same gap: brilliant organisations sitting on valuable data they couldn't unlock. Legacy systems, siloed teams, and the rush toward “Industry 4.0” buzzwords without the right analytical foundations.
We started Witanalytica to bridge that gap: translating business strategy into measurable data products and helping companies build the analytics capabilities they actually need, not the ones a vendor wants to sell them.

A husband-and-wife team combining deep technical expertise with hands-on industry experience across manufacturing, telecom, retail, media, and more.
Having worked in Automotive, Telecommunications, Media, Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing, and having been part of a Management Trainee Programme with Honeywell, Cristian noticed first-hand how many organisations struggle to automate and support key business processes with data analytics. His focus at Witanalytica is showing companies, from startups to enterprises, the tangible advantages of data-driven decision making.

Anastasia's four years at Microsoft, first as a SQL Server Technical Engineer and then as a Data & AI Partner Consultant, taught her that many companies are still navigating a complex transition from legacy systems. By combining her Azure and BI expertise with the experience of building Cegeka Romania's data analytics department, she ensures that every solution Witanalytica delivers has a tangible, immediate impact on its customers' operations.
